Cohorts in transition

Cohort groups have been a core part of Thriving Leadership Formation since 2018, creating nurturing spaces where leaders can practice spiritual disciplines, deepen relationships, and support one another in ministry.

As TLF moves into its new chapter as a ministry of ELCA Region 2, we are discerning how cohort offerings will be structured in collaboration with the five synods, First Call Accompaniment, and Synodically Authorized Ministry (SAM) programs.

There are no new cohorts forming at this time. Information about future cohorts for Region 2 leaders will be posted here and shared through synod communications when it becomes available.
