Are you a church leader hungry for deeper understanding of yourself, your team, and your community?

Join us as we explore each of the 9 Enneagram types and the 27 subtypes—one at a time—with teaching, real-life panel conversations, and case study applications designed specifically for church leaders, rostered leaders, and ministry volunteers.

Each 2-hour session will include:

• A teaching on one Enneagram type, including the three subtypes .Teaching by Desta Goehner, Director of Thriving Leadership Formation and an International Enneagram Association Accredited Professional.
  
• A panel of church leaders who live and lead from this type, sharing their spiritual journey and leadership experiences
• A case study + facilitated conversation to help you apply what you learn in real-world ministry settings
